Terms of Service
Effective September 23, 2026
These terms apply when you use LifeOS, including through an AI assistant you connect. By creating an account or connecting LifeOS, you agree to them.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity from your account and apps you connect.
- Give accurate information, including an email address you control.
Not medical advice
LifeOS records and calculates nutrition and training information. It does not diagnose, treat or advise on any health condition. Nutrition values come from public databases, other users and assistants, and may be incomplete or wrong. Check labels and consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
Your content
- You keep ownership of what you save. You let us store and process it to provide LifeOS.
- Foods you add to the shared catalog are licensed to LifeOS and its users to use, copy and adapt, and may be included in the public catalog download under the Open Database License.
- Recipes you make public or share can be read and copied by the people you share them with.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, interfere with the service, access other people's data, or add content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes others' rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.
Food data
The food catalog contains information from Open Food Facts contributors, made available under the Open Database License, and from USDA FoodData Central. The adapted catalog is available at /catalog/foods.ndjson under the same license.
Service changes and ending
We may change or discontinue features. You can stop using LifeOS and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end access for accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
LifeOS is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate nutrition data or by assistants you connect.
Changes to these terms
We will post changes here and update the effective date. Continuing to use LifeOS means you accept them.
